E-mail: [kontakt@bartekschmidt.pl](mailto:kontakt@bartekschmidt.pl) - These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, making payments, and the rules for complaints and withdrawal from the contract.
- The customer is obliged to use the online store in accordance with applicable law, good practices, and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
- Client – a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.
- Consumer – a Client being a natural person, making a purchase in the Store for purposes not directly related to business or professional activity.
- Seller – Bartłomiej Schmidt Make Places Happen.
- Store – internet service available at https://postmasterapp.com.
- Produkt – aplikacja PostMaster, sprzedawana w formie elektronicznej (licencja).
3. Orders
- Orders for Products can be placed through the Store's website.
- The Client is obliged to provide correct data necessary for order fulfillment (including email address, invoice data).
- The contract is concluded when the purchase is confirmed by the Seller and the payment is recorded.
- After payment is made, the Client receives information regarding downloading and activation of the Product at the specified email address.
4. Prices and payments
- All Product prices listed in the Store are gross prices (include VAT tax, if applicable).
- Payment for the Product is made through available electronic payment operators.
- The Seller does not store the Client's payment data.
- The Client receives proof of purchase (electronic invoice).
5. Delivery
- The Product is delivered in electronic form – as an installation file or license key.
- Order fulfillment time is a maximum of 24 hours from payment recording, usually immediately after the transaction.
- In case of problems with downloading or installing the Product, the Client can contact customer service at: support@postmasterapp.com.
6. License
- Purchase of the Product means acquiring a license to use the PostMaster application, in accordance with the conditions specified in the license agreement (EULA).
- The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and intended for the Client's own use.
- The Client has no right to copy, resell or make the Product available to third parties without the Seller's consent.
7. Withdrawal from contract
- In accordance with the consumer rights act, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of purchase.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Client has agreed to commence the provision of the service (license provision) before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has been informed about the loss of this right.
- In case of withdrawal from the contract, the payment refund will occur within 14 days from the day of receiving the Consumer's statement.
8. Complaints
- The Client has the right to file a complaint in case the Product has defects preventing its proper use.

- The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
9. Personal data protection
- The administrator of personal data is Bartłomiej Schmidt Make Places Happen.
- Clients' personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, payment processing, invoice issuance and – if the Client gives consent – for marketing purposes.
- Detailed rules for personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Store website.
10. Final provisions
- The Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the Store website
- The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Clients will be informed about each change through publication of a new version on the Store website.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the consumer rights act.
- Disputes arising from the sales contract will be resolved by the court competent for the Consumer's place of residence, and in the case of entrepreneurs – by the court competent for the Seller's registered office.
